My boyfriend and I would like to go out to dinner in NYC, but we're not to familiar with what's out there. Between both of our meals, we'd like to keep it under $100, and we'd also like a place where we can dress up to go out to. Flor de Sol (spanish tapas set in an old gothic library...low lit, sexy, but a little noisy)
Gavroche (french, outdoor seating, and the owner might bring you free champagne)
Garage (american bistro, live jazz music every night)
Budokan (pan asian in the meat packing district, huge space, Top Chef)|||The Shark Bar 73&74 Amsterdam Ave
