nyc: I got a ticket for getting over a block early to make a right hand turn at 7:45am and no matter how hard I look, I can't find any times posted online as to the times it is in effect. The officer said 7am-6pm (On Broadway), but the only sign I've ever seen in NYC says bus only between 4pm-7pm (on Watts).
