I heard a rumor that there were free weddings on Feb 14th in nyc . my income is limited where my love abounds. please help me in my quest for marital bliss!|||It is true that you could get married in the court house for free on Feb 14th. But believe me the line is so long i rather pay than spend hours on a line. One thing though.
